Seasonal Flowers was created by Shirley Windsor and has been providing flowers for weddings and businesses for 20 years. Shirley wanted to do something she enjoyed while she could stay at home with her three children. Always interested in the outdoors she looked for something that would make her feel like she was working outside...what better way than working with flowers!
